Beef and Bean Enchiladas Recipe

1 1/2 lbs hamburger
1/2 onion (minced)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 large can re-fried beans
12 corn tortilla shells
Little oil
2 tomatoes diced

Cheese Sauce:
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
2 cups milk
1 can enchilada sauce (mild)
1 can sliced black olives
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
3 drops Tabasco sauce (no more)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef with onion, stir in beans, salt and pepper. Remove from heat, stir in tomatoes.Fry tortillas in oil. Fill shells with beef mixture and roll. Place in a 9" X 13" pan, cover with cheese sauce.

Cheese Sauce:
Melt margarine, add flour, salt, and paprika. Add milk and enchilada sauce. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients. Pour over enchiladas

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
