12 oysters-feel each one to check for shells
1 1/2 qts milk
stick butter, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a small pan simmer oysters in their liquor. They are done withen puffed and edges curl.

Heat Milt and other ingredients in large pan.
Add butter and oysters.

Simmer 10-15 minutes
