2½ C flour
1 tsp baking powder
1½ tsp baking soda
2 C packed brown sugar
1 C butter flavored shortening*
1 C peanut butter**
2 large eggs
1 bag peanut butter chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º and lightly grease cookie sheet
Combine flours, baking power, baking soda; set aside
Beat together sugar, shortening, peanut butter, eggs
Carefully blend in dry ingredients
Stir in peanut butter chips - dough will be stiff
Drop dough by spoonfuls onto baking sheet and press to flatten slightly
Bake 10-12 minutes.

* Room temperature butter can be used.
** Creamy or chunky peanut butter can be used.
