1 1/3 cup sugar
1 1/3 cups water
2 T butter
2 2/3 cups stoned dates
1/4 tsp salt
3 T lemon juice

Directions:
Grind dates in grinder, add to remaining ingredients. Spoon onto sugar cookie, put another sugar cookie on top and seal the edges.
