1 1/2 c graham crackers crumbs
1/4 c sugar
1 stick butter, melted.
Filling:
8 oz cream cheese
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
2 boxes instant pudding mix, banana flavor
3 c cold milk
1 tsp banana extract
3 c cold heavy whipping cream
1/4 c confectioners' sugar
20 oz crushed pineapple, well drained
2-3 bananas, diced
1 small jar maraschino cherries, well drained
2 Tbsp pecans
Optional: chocolate syrup

Mix crust ingredients and press in bottom on 9" x 13" pan. Bake 15 minutes, until brown. Cool completely.
Line crust with bananas.
Beat cream and sugar on high, (add banana extract, optional) until peaks form. Set aside.
In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. add sweetened condensed milk, pudding, cold milk and banana extract. Beat until smooth.
Fold in 1 c of whipped cream to pudding mixture. Spread filling over bananas. Top with pineapple. Top that with whipped cream, spread evenly.
Top with cherries and pecans. Drizzle chocolate syrup, if desired. Chill overnight.
