1/2 c brown rice flour
1/4 c sorghum flout
2 Tbsp potato starch
1 Tbsp tapioca starch
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
2 Tbsp instant chocolate pudding mix
3 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/4 c oil
1/4 c milk
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Frosting:
1 c confectioners' sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 Tbsp butter, softened
1-2 Tbsp milk
Optional: sprinkles, chopped nuts, coconut, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat doughnut maker or 375º and grease doughnut pan.
Whisk dry ingredients in large bow. In a small bowl whisk wet ingredients. Fully combine.
Spoon into maker or pan. Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool on a rack. Cool completely before frosting.

Frosting:
Stir all together, adding just enough to get the consistency you want. Dip doughnuts and top with sprinkles, nuts, etc.
