Boneless pork - roast, loin,
2 cups pineapple juice
Seasoning salt
Onion powder
favorite barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Put pork in crockpot, if large pieces, cut into smaller chunks. Pour pineapple juice over pork and move around to coat all pieces. Sprinkle with seasonings. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. Drain off liquids and use forks to shred. Pour on your favorite sauce and serve with your favorite rolls.
