½ bag shredded cabbage
½ head napa cabbage, chopped
2 pkg ramen chicken noodles
½ cup salted sunflower seeds
¾ to 1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
4-6 green onion, chopped
½ cup slivered almonds
¾ to 1 stick butter
½ cup oil
½ cup white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Make dressing 24 hours in advance: mix oil, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce. Add ramen noodles seasoning packet. Refrigerate.
Crush ramen noodles and brown in butter. Add almonds and sunflower seeds. Mix well and drain on paper towel.
Mix cabbages with dressing, Ramen noodle mixture and serve immediately.
