½ cup Crisco shortening
⅛ tsp salt
1 cup boiling water
1 cup flour
4 eggs, unbeaten

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan containing the boiling water, add shortening and salt. Bring to boil.
Reduce heat and add flour all a once.
Put in a mixing bowl and mix vigorously until mixture forms a ball, leaving bowl clean.
Add 1 egg at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
Continue beating until mixture is thick and shiny.
Shape by spoon on an ungreased cookie sheet using 1 tsp to 1 tbsp. per puff.
Bake at 450 º about 20 min
Reduce heat to 350 º and bake about 20 min longer.
Cool.
Make a slit on one side of each puff and remove doughy insides.
Fill with whipped cream.
