2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
4 oz unsweetened chocolate
⅓ cup butter
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
½ t vanilla
½ cup flour
2 T cocoa
¼ t baking powder
¼ t salt
Powdered sugar for dusting

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 cup chocolate chips, unsweetened chocolate and butter. Stir until smooth and cool 10 minutes. Beat sugar & eggs 2 minutes at medium speed. Beat in chocolate mixture. Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Mix into chocolate mixture. Stir in remaining chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours. Shape into 1 inch balls. Bake 2 inches apart on parchment paper lined sheets at 350º for 10-12 minutes. Cool on pan 3 minutes then dust with powdered sugar. Cool completely.
