1 lb Browned Ground Beef...............................................1 pkg Taco Seasoning
1 Small Can Diced Tomatoes*.........................................1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Can Black Beans, Rinsed
Directions:
Directions:
Mix browned meat with the tomatoes, beans and taco seasoning. Add ½ cup of water and put in a casserole dish. Top with cheese and bake at 375º about 20 minutes, until hot.
*You may substitute stewed tomatoes. +If desired, add ½ cup onion to meat while browning.
