1 cup Oil
2 Eggs
1 cup Milk
2 cups Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cloves
5 cups Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 Tbs
Raisins (to taste)
Pecans ( to taste)
Icing
1/2 bottle Maple Flavor
1 1/2 Powdered Sugar
1 Tbls softened Butter
Milk

Directions:

Bake 350º
Mix together oil, eggs, vanilla and milk with mixer. Add brown sugar mix and blend until combined. Mix together dry ingredients and begin adding to the egg mixture. Drop a tablespoon of batter on a prepared cookie sheet and bake for about 9-10 mins. Cool. Prepare icing by combining flavoring, powered sugar, butter and milk. Add a little milk at a time, it should be a frosting/glaze consistency.
