1 can (20 oz) Crushed Pineapple in juice
2 pkg (3 oz ea) Raspberry flavor Simply Delish Jello Dessert (This is Vegan, regular jello is NOT)
1 can (16 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
2/3 cup walnut pieces
1 apple, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from the pineapple.
Add water to the drained pineapple juice to measure 2 ½ cups; pour into saucepan.
Bring to boil.
Pour over gelatin mixes in large bowl; wisk 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
Stir in cranberry sauce and mix until completely dissolved.
Stir in pineapple, walnuts and apple.
Refrigerate until firm.
