2 Tbl Butter
3 Chicken Breasts - cooked - torn or cubed
1 16oz package of spaghetti - cooked per directions
1 jar of pimentos
1 small can of black olives
1 cup Celery diced
1 cup Onion diced
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 small can Tomato Paste
1/2 Cup Milk
1 16oz package of Velveeta Cheese
4 oz Cream Cheese
1 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Sweat onions and celery in butter in skillet until cooked through but not brown
In a large 9x13 baking dish wisk Cream of Mushroom, Cream of Chicken, milk, and tomato paste together

Add celery, onion, pimento, olives to mixture and stir

Pour in cooked spagetti and chicken - Fold to blend

Cube Velveeta and Cream Cheese and insert throughout spagetti mixture

Bake for 30 minutes
Remove from oven - top with Shredded Cheddar Cheese and cook an additional 10 minutes or until cheese has melted

Serve Hot!
