1/2 loaf Bread
1 Onion - chopped
2-3 tablespoons Olive OIl
2-3 stalks Celery - chopped
1 clove garlic minced
Salt and Pepper
Poutlry seasoning
Sage
Thyme
I small tin of diced tomatos
1 small chopped apple- optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a fry pan, put in the olive oil, add chopped onion, celery and apple - if using - and fry until onion is translucent. While this is frying; in a bowl, break up the bread, add the tin of tomatos, and all the spices. Pour the fried vegetables into the bowl and mix. Add some cold water and using your hand smoosh the dressing together. Have your turkey ready and fill the cavity. Place in a roaster.

I like to spice up the turkey by sprinkling basil, oregano, salt and pepper over the turkey.
