2¼ cups sugar
¾ cup evaporated milk
1 cup kraft marshmallow cream or 16 large marshmallows
¼ cup butter or margarine
¼ Tsp salt
1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 Tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, marshallow cream or marshmallows, margarin or butter, and salt. Cook stirring constantly over medium heat to a boil (mixture will be bubbling all over the top). Boil and stir 5 minutes more. Take off heat.

Stir in 1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips and stir in 1 Tsp vanilla.

Spread into a buttered 8 inch baking dish. Cut into 30 pieces after cooled.

You can also make this a mint fudge by melting ½ pkg white chocolate melting squares with ¼ cup spsweetened condensed milk. Mix in 1 Tsp. mint extract. Add a few drops green food coloring for color. Pour ½ of the chocolate fudge into a greased 8 inch pan and then pour the white chocolate melting squares mixture over the first fudge layer. Pour the remaining chocolate mixter over the white chocolate mixture. Smooth out and then let cool for several hours. Cut into 30 pieces.
