1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup water
1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggs
2 cups whipping cream,
whipped and sweetened

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine butter and water, bring to vigorous boil.
Reduce heat to low; add flour and salt which have been sifted together.
Stir vigorously until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a stiff ball.
Remove from heat.
Add eggs one at a time, beating hard after each addition.
Form cream puffs 2 1/2" in diameter and 2" apart on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 450 for 15 minutes
Bake at 325 for 20 minutes
Remove to cooling racks.
When cream puffs are cool, cut a hole in the side of each.
Fill cream puffs with sweetened whipped cream.
You can also fill cream puffs with a custard.
