1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 can cream style corn
1 can kernel corn, drained
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup melted butter
2 large eggs (optional)
1/4 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 9"x7" inch casserole dish.

2. Mix first 6 ingredients - eggs optional (it will taste the same with or without).

3. Add black pepper for taste.

4. Pour mixture in dish, sprinkle the top with paprika.

5. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes. When knife inserted comes out clean, it is done.
