3 T chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
3 T fat
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups milk
1 7 oz. can salmon drained
1 cup cooked peas and carrots
1 T lemon juice
1/2 recipe easy biscuits

Easy Biscuits
2/3 cup milk
2 cups Bisquick

Directions:
Directions:
heat oven to 450º. Saute onion and pepper in hot fat until onion is golden. Blend in salt and flour. Gradually stir in soup and milk. Bring to a boil; boil 1 minute. Add flaked salmon, peas carrots, and lemon juice. Pour into baking dish, 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1/2" Top with biscuits.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes

Easy Biscuits:
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Add milk and Bisquick. Stir with a fork into a soft dough. Beat vigorously 20 strokes, until stiff and slightly sticky. Roll out on floured board to 1/2 thick, cut with a biscut cutter. Bake on un-greased sheet 10 to 15 minutes.
