16 oz. can Salmon
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
4 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts (or breadcrumbs)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Remove skin and bone (the best you can) from canned Salmon.

2. Mix all ingredients together except nuts (or breadcrumbs).

3. Roll into bite size balls, then roll in nuts (or breadcrumbs).

4. Chill for at least 30 minutes.

5. Serve with crackers.
