Lasagna soup Recipe

1- 1 # sausage
3 C onion
4 cloves garlic
2 T tomato paste
28 oz petite diced tomatoes
6 C chicken stock
2 tsp oregano
2 bay leaves
Ricotta cheese
S & P
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese shredded fine
Fresh basil
8 oz small pasta shell

Simmer first eight ingredients
Let simmer for approx 30 minutes
Add 8 oz bx of past and bring to a boil

Cook until pasta is tender stiring continually

In a small bowl mix 8oz ricotta, salt and pepper, C parmesan

Serve soup with dolup of ricotta mixture, mozzarella and fresh basil

Serve with crusty italian bread
