2/3 to 1 cup of sugar
1 TBSP cornstarch
1 C boiling water
1 tsp lemon juice
3 Cups of cherry or any fruit with juice

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pie dough and strips (crust)

Gradually stir in 1 cup boiling water to 2/3 to 1 cup sugar and 1 TBSP Cornstarch. Bring to boil- boil 1 minutw stirring gradually.
Then add the lemon Juice and the 3 cups of cherry or any fruit with juice (do not use pie filling fruits)

Pour this mixture in a 10 x 9
dot with butter- about 1/2 tablespoon
Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp cinnamon and then on top of pie crust.

Bake 30 minutes
