1 lb hamburger (you can substitute chicken if preferred)
1 jar favorite salsa
2 cups shredded cheese
sour cream
chopped black olives
lettuce and chopped tomato (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Hamburger and drain off all grease
Pour ¼ jar of salsa in the bottom of the 6 x 9 baking dish - spread salsa across bottom
Spread on each tortilla - spoonful of salsa; hamburger, black olives, and cheese. Roll up and put into baking dish. Repeat to make 4 burritos. Spread any left over cheese across the top of the burritos.
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
Serve with sour cream, tomato and lettuce.
