10 oz package frozen chopped spinach
8 eggs
(6 tbs melted butter-this can be omitted)
3 tbs half and half
1/2 lb grates Swiss cheese
1/2 lb crumbled Feta cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Microwave spinach per package directions. Squeeze out all liquid and set aside. In a large bowl beat eggs and half and half. Stir in cheeses, salt and pepper, spinach and (melted butter). Pour into a greased quiche pan and bake 30 minutes.
