1 white or yellow cake mix, divided
½ stick melted butter
1 egg
3 cups sweet potato
⅔ cup milk
½ cup maple syrup
3 eggs
1T pumpkin pie spice
4 T melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans
¼ cup sugar
1 t cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Measure 1 cup cake mix, set aside for topping. Combine remaining cake mix, butter and 1 egg. Spread in greased 9 x13 pan. Beat sweet potatoes, milk, maple syrup, 3 eggs and spice until smooth. Pour over crust. Mix the 1 cup cake mix with 4 T melted butter, nuts, sugar and cinnamon. Crumble and sprinkle over filling. Bake at 350º for 60-65 minutes.
