1 pound ground turkey or beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
1 large bag cheese doritos

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in a skillet, drain and rinse. In the skillet add cream of mushroom soup and enchilada sauce to the meat. Cook on medium until all ingredients are mixed. In a deep casserole dish, layer the chips, meat and cheese, ending with a top layer of cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
