Ingredients:  
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 and 1/2 cups shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp heavy cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup beer (not a light beer)
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (2 tsp dried)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cream cheese, mustard, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, and salt in a food processor. Process about 30 secs.
Add beer and process until smooth
Pulse in the parsley

Refrigerate.

Great with Pretzel sticks
