Ingredients:  
1/2 c butter
1 c chocolate chips
1 c peanut butter
10 oz pkg mini marshmallows.
2 c rice krispies
1 c salted peanuts

Frosting:
1/3 c mink
1/4 c butter
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 c powdered sugar.

Directions:

Melt butter, chocolate chips and peanut butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir to melt. Remove from heat and stir in rice krispies and peanuts. Spread in 9 x 13 pan. Make frosting by combining milk and butter and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in one cup of chocolate chips until melted. Add 1 tsp vanilla and 2 1/4 cups powdered sugar. Stir together until blended. Spread on top of bars. Chill thoroughly and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
