1 roll pie crust
⅓ C butter
⅓ C chopped onions
2½ cups shredded or cut up cooked chicken or turkey
⅓ cup flour
½ tsp salt
¼ pepper
2 C thawed frozen vegetables
1½ chicken broth
⅔ milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º, unroll pie crusts for 9" pie pan.

In medium saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Add onion; cook 2 minutes or until tender. Add flour, salt and pepper; stir until well blended. Gradually stir in broth and milk, cooking and stirring until bubbly and thickened.

Add chicken and mixed vegetables, mix well. Remove from heat.

Spoon into crust-lined pie pan. Top with second crust, seal edges and flute. Brush with egg wash (1 egg mixed with water) Cut slits or shapes in several places in top crust.

Bake 30 - 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
