Crust:
1 cube butter
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans

2nd layer
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups cool whip
peppermint extract
red food coloring

3rd layer
6 oz pkg instant chocolate pudding

5th layer
Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Blend crust ingredients and press in a 9x13" pan. Cook at 350 until golden (about 8-10 minutes) cool completely

Chill for 2 hours.
