Graham Crackers - (enough to line the bottom of a 9x13" pan)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 small package Instant pistachio pudding
1 cup milk
1 - 8 oz crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Line the bottom of a 9x13" pan with graham crackers.

2nd Layer
Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 of cool whip. Spread over graham crackers.

3rd layer
Beat together pudding, milk, and pineapple. Spread over cream cheese layer and top with remaining cool whip. Refrigerate.

Best if refrigerated overnight.
