2 Tbsp confectioners sugar
1 c flour
1 c finely chopped pecans/walnuts
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:

Cream butter and sugar until light.
Add flour, nuts and vanilla.
Roll into 1" balls. Place on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake 45 minutes.
Roll in additional confectioners sugar while warm, and again when cooled.
