4 C. chicken stock
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 T. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. grated fresh lemon zest or 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 C. uncooked orzo, pearl couscous or white rice
1 1/2 C. diced cooked chicken
Dill, for garnishing

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan set over medium heat, whisk together the chicken stock, cream of chicken soup, lemon juice and lemon zest or lemon pepper.
Stir in the orzo, couscous or rice, and chicken; then bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover the pan, and cook until the orzo/couscous/rice is tender and the soup is warmed through, about 8/10/15 minutes.
Season the soup to taste with salt and pepper if desired.
Serve the soup garnished with dill and a sprinkle of lemon zest (optional)
