4 cups crushed corn flakes
Beat together in a bowl:
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano (optional)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
3 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Dip pork chops in egg mixture-then in corn flakes.
Place in shallow baking pan-sprayed with cooking spray.

Preheat oven to 350°
Bake 1 hour or until tender and meat is no longer pink
