1 Pound of Pasta ( Angel hair or Spaghetti)
1 Pound of Bacon, cooked and chopped
1 tbsp. of Butter
3 Cloves of Garlic (diced)
1/2 Onion (diced)
3 1/2 Cups of Parmesan Cheese
1 Small Package of Frozen Peas
Salt and Pepper
Parsley
1 1/2 Cups of Pasta Water

In large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove from pan and chop in small pieces. Add the butter and onion and cook for about 10 minutes, add the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes, do not burn. Add frozen peas to the pan and keep on low heat. Cook the pasta as directed, remember to add salt to your pasta water. In another bowl beat the eggs and 3 cups of the parmesan cheese, add half of the hot pasta water, you are tempering the mixture so the eggs do not scramble. Turn off heat and add the reserved chopped bacon, parsley, cheese and salt and pepper. If mixture is two thick add more pasta water to the pan and toss pasta. T
