Ingredients:  
1. 1# Sausage
2. 2 small cans of mushrooms (chopped)
3. 6 ounces swiss cheese
4. 1/2 onion (chopped)
5. 3 chicken breast (split in half and beat thin)


Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage
Saute onion
Add cheese, mushrooms, onion, and sausage together
in baking dish
Split chicken breast, and beat thin
Dredge chicken in bread crumbs, and brown in oil
Lay chicken breast on top of sausage mixture
Bake @ 375 for 20 minutes
