Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
! head lettuce.(Iceberg is traditional)
1 cup diced celery
1 diced onion or bunch of diced green onion
1 cup diced green pepper
1 - 10 oz. package frozen petite peas

Topping:
4-6 ounces shredded cheese- cheddar or Monterey Jack
8 slices cooked drained bacon - chopped ( or 1 cup real bacon bits)
3-4 hard cooked eggs

Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
3 T. sugar
S&P

Directions:
Directions:
Chop lettuce and add to glass cake pan.
Layer other chopped veggies over Lettuce
Mix dressing and pour and smooth over veggies.
Sprinkle with cheese and bacon bits and sliced Hard cooked egg
Cover with Saran wrap and chill overnight.






( Can use other veggies/radish, carrot, etc)
