1 lb. blanched broccoli florets (can also use frozen, just thaw)
3 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
½ c. milk
1 c. mayonnaise
1 t. lemon juice
2 10.5oz cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. panko bread crumbs (can also use crushed ritz crackers)
1½ c. cheddar cheese
¼ c. parmesan cheese
4 T. melted butter
Rice, pasta or potatoes to serve with

Directions:
Directions:
Layer broccoli, then chicken in a 9x13 baking dish. Mix sauce ingredients: mayo, soup, milk, lemon juice and parmesan cheese. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Mix butter and bread crumbs(or ritz) and spread over the top.
Bake at 400º for 30 min.or until toasted and bubbling. Serve over rice, pasta or potatoes.
