1 lb. hot or mild sausage
2 large sweet oniopns
4 medium yukon gold potatoes, sliced thin
1 can S&W diced tomatoes, onion and garlic
1 handful fresh spinach, chopped
2 T better than bullion chicken flavor
Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and onion. Remove excess grease if needed. Combine all other ingredients except spinach. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Add the better than bullion soup base and whisk in. After potatoes are tender add spinach. Adjust tasted if needed.
