1-1/2 # shrimp - peeled and deveined
1 cup mushrooms - cut in half
1/2 cup red bell peppers - 1” pieces
1/2 cup onion - 1” pieces
1 jar (8.9 oz) lemon pepper sauce, or 1 cup barbecue sauce

Directions:

Arrange shrimp on wooden skewers with mushrooms, red bell peppers, and onion.

Place skewers in a glass dish and cover with preferred sauce, reserving about 2 tbsp for basting during cooking.

Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Prepare grill surface by cleaning and coating with oil.

Place skewers on grill about 6” from flame. Grill shrimp for about 3-4 minutes on each side, basting with reserved sauce before turning once.

Serve with sautéed asparagus and grilled garlic bread.
