1-3/4 cup finely crushed vanilla wafers
1 cup finely ground pecans
1 cup unsifted confectioners sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/4 cup light rum or bourbon [can substitutes a lesser amount of vanilla]
1/3 cup sifted confectioners sugar (for dredging)

Directions:
Directions:
Place all but last ingredient in bowl and mix well, using hands. Roll into 1" balls, and dredge in confectioners sugar.
