Up to 16 eggs
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Soft Pouched Eggs:

Bring 4” water to temperature 167º
Add cold eggs, Cover and cook 12 minutes

Take eggs out of water and put into ice water bath for 1 minute


Hard Boiled Eggs:

Bring 4” water to 194°
Add cold eggs and cook for 20 minutes
When cooked add eggs to an ice bath for 15 minutes.
