1 pouch Betty Crocker oatmeal cookie mix
1/2 cup firm butter or margarine
2 - 8-oz packages cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbs flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 Egg
1 can(21oz) Apple Pie filling(or blueberry)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped walnuts(optional)

Heat oven to 350degrees. Spray bottom & sides of 13X9 " pan with cooking spray.

Place cookie mix in large bowl and cut in butter with a fork until it's crumbly and coarse. Reserve 1-1/2 cups crumb mixture; Lightly press remaining crumbs in bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, vanilla & egg with electric mixer on Medium 'til smooth.


Spread cream cheese evenly over partially baked crust. In medium bowl mix pie filling and cinnamon.Spoon over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over top. Sprinkle with walnuts if using.

Bake 35-40 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool about 30 minutes. Refrigerate to chill, about 2 hours. Cut into bars, 6 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in refrigerator. .
