Ingredients:	Ingredients: 3 - 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened ¾ cup sugar 3 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 12 ounce package mini chocolate chips 2 Oreo pie crust 1 Tablespoons whipping cream

Directions:	Directions: Heat oven to 450º. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add Eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir in 1⅔ cup of chocolate chips. Pour half mixture in each pie crust. Bake 10 minutes. Without opening the oven door, reduce temperature to 250º and continue baking 30 more minutes, or until set. Remove from oven to wire rack. Cool completely. Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Place remaining chip and whipping cream in small microwave bowl. Microwave 20-30 seconds or until chips are melted. Spread over cheese cake and refrigerate until topping is set. You will need more chocolate chips for the second cheese cake. The 2nd one can be frozen and served at a later time.
