1 lb. old English cheese
1 lb jack cheese
1/4 cup flour
2 tsp chili powder
1 can of beer
Can hot relish
Directions:
Directions:
In double boiler put 2 can of beer when bubbling add cheese, chili powder. Blend flour with warm water, once smooth, add to cheese. Once melted and smooth add hot relish. Serve with corn chips, pepper strips, baby tomatoes, and or tortilla chips.
