3½ Cups Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Shortening
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
1 Package of Hershey Kisses
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, peanut butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs together. Add flour, salt and baking soda to the creamed mixture. Roll into balls and then coat balls with sugar. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes or until done. Place a Hershey's Kiss in the center of each baked cookie.
