2 Lb. Pork cute into cubes
3 cloves garlic
2 bay leaves
3 whole allspice
Black pepper
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2/3 cup rice vinegar
1 Tbs. brown sugar
Dash oh ginger
Small can tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade: in bowl add minced garlic, bay leaves, allspice, black pepper, soy sauce, cider vinegar, rice vinegar, brown sugar,and a small can of tomatoes. Marinate 1 hr, drain, then sauté until browned. Put marinade back on and simmer 1 hr. Medium.
