2 Cans of Low Fat Refrigerator Crescents
1 Can of Health Low Sodium Cream of Chicken Soup (26 ounce)
1 Cup Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breast and then shred. Roll out each individual crescent. Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded chicken in the center and roll it up.

Bake at 350º for about 5 minutes until it just starts to turn golden. Pour cream of chicken soup over the top and bake an additional 10 minutes. Top with cheddar cheese and bake for 10 more minutes.
