1 pkg. Ore-Ida Southern Style Frozen diced potatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 carton sour cream
cup melted butter
1 box seasoned croutons ( crushed)
1 pkg. cheddar cheese (1 cups)
Chives

Directions:
Directions:
Spread potatoes in bottom of large casserole dish. (9 by 13). Sprinkle with chives. Mix soup, sour cream, and melted
butter and pour mixture over potatoes.

Bake 350 for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and croutons and bake another 15 minutes. (Until cheese is melted)
