1 Lb Sliced Bacon, cut into 3rd's
1-14 Oz Package Cocktail Wieners "Little Smokeys"
¾ Cup Brown Sugar
2 Cups Frozen Tater Totes, room temperature
1 Oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Cut into ¼" squares
4 Slices of Bacon, quartered
¼ Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 Tbls Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 Lb Shrimp, cleaned, peeled, and deveined
7 Slices of Thick Cut Bacon, cut into 3rd's
4 Tbls Salted Butter, melted
¼ Cup Brown Sugar
½ Tbls Chipotle Powder
**Wrap almost anything in bacon. Try, pineapple, dates, chicken and more**
Preheat oven to 325º
Wrap each wiener with a piece of bacon and secure with toothpick. Place on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle generously with brown sugar.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400º Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wrap a piece of bacon around one tater tot with one piece of cheese. Repeat. Dredge each bacon wrapped tater tot in brown sugar, pressing to coat.
Place tater tots seam side down on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning over half way through. Remove from oven and garnish with parsley.
Preheat oven to 400º Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Wrap each shrimp in ⅓ slice of bacon and secure with toothpick. Place on baking sheet.
Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and chipotle powder. Brush each shrimp using about ⅔ of the mixture. Set aside the remainder.
Bake for 15 minutes. Take the shrimp out of the oven and switch to broil. Brush each shrimp with remaining butter mixture (stir first). Broil for 1-2 minutes until bubbly. Serve!
